If you are reading this, you are probably looking for a counsellor for yourself or someone close to you. My name is Carole and I work with women in two main areas – anxiety and life changes, including relationships and loss.
If there’s a quiet voice inside that’s telling you that you can’t go on the way you are, but the thought of making changes feels bewildering – or even frightening, counselling might provide the support you need.
About me
I trained as a counsellor because I had personally experienced how helpful and transformational counselling could be, and I wanted to offer the same support to others that I had experienced myself.
I have experience of working with people through bereavement, relationship issues, depression and anxiety, anger issues, retirement, life changing health conditions and coercive control.
I am a registered BACP member, fully insured and have membership of the ICO for data protection.
